Thank you for shopping with Souq Al Bahar. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.

( NO RETURNS ON COSMETICS ITEMS )

(IF CUSTOMER REFUSES TO COLLECT THE ITEM AND THE ORDER IS SHIPPED ALREADY, HE/SHE WILL HAVE TO PAY 20 AED FOR SHIPMENT CHARGES)


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
• All tags, seals, and labels must be intact
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Cosmetics, skincare, makeup, perfumes, and personal care products
• Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as Final Sale

 

3. Returnable Items

The following items may be eligible for return:

• Garments (clothing)
• Handbags
• Shoes
• Accessories

Subject to inspection and approval.


 

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos or video proof

Approved cases will be eligible for replacement or refund at no extra cost.


 

5. Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing time: 7–10 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable

 

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) returns
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted

 

7. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for:

• Size issues (subject to availability)
• Defective items

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


 

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

 

9. Refused Deliveries

• Refused or undelivered orders are not eligible for refunds
• Any shipping or handling costs will be deducted
