• Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
(IF CUSTOMER REFUSES TO COLLECT THE ITEM AND THE ORDER IS SHIPPED ALREADY, HE/SHE WILL HAVE TO PAY 15.5 AED FOR SHIPMENT CHARGES)
5. Shipping & Delivery

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or incorrect address details.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
